We are glad to have you as a part of our cohort. To ensure that you and your fellow members of the Stoa School community have a fulfilling experience, we have set out the following terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines. Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with these terms, conditions, rules, and guidelines (hereinafter referred to as the “T&Cs”).
The T&Cs governs Your participation in the programs offered by Questo Wellbeing Private Limited (collectively the “Programs”) and sets out the rules governing Your interaction with the Stoa community. Questo Wellbeing Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Questo”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Krushna Colony, Near MSEB Colony, Jail Road, Nashik Road, Nashik, India, 422101 and is engaged in provision of Programs through the Stoa School. Any reference to Questo shall also include a reference to the Stoa School.
As a member of the cohort or a guest in the Stoa Community (“Fellow”/ “You” which shall mean and include any natural or legal person who has registered, enrolled for the Programs, or has gained access to the Programs or Stoa community) You understand that we provide the Programs through various communities, groups and meetings that are held on third party platforms, applications and websites as may be communicated by Questo from time to time (“Stoa Community”). The activities undertaken in the Stoa Community are bound also by these T&C. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Programs if you violate these T&Cs. We also reserve the right to bar, restrict or suspend any Fellow's access to any Stoa community at any time for any reason.
You agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to all the T&Cs, then you may not avail the Programs offered by Questo.
By joining the Stoa Community and joining a Program offered by us, you agree that you have read and will follow these T&Cs. We offer you a safe space and a great opportunity to join likeminded individuals, participate in numerous activities and discussions and become a part of a larger community. 1. Acceptance of T&Cs
Questo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these T&Cs, at any time without any prior written notice to the Fellow. It is the Fellow’s responsibility to review these T&Cs periodically for any updates/ changes. Your continued participation in any Stoa community following the modification of these T&Cs will imply the acceptance by You of the revisions.
User agrees and consents to be contacted by Questo through phone calls, SMS notifications or any other means of communication, in respect to the services provided by Questo even if contact number(s) provided to Questo are on Do Not Call Registry.
2. Community Rules
The Stoa Community is a way for each Fellow to interact with their peers and be a part of a larger community of founders and leaders. We encourage You to actively participate in the Programs and collaborate with other Fellows, guests, and our staff in the Stoa Community. Respect is the cornerstone of a great experience on the Program. Therefore, Questo requires all Fellows to represent and warrant that You shall not post, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information on any Stoa Community that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any other person, Fellow, or entity.
- Is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating, or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever.
- is posted without permission of the owner of the information.
- violates any law for the time being in force.
- impersonates another person.
- harms minors in any way.
- invasive of another's persons privacy.
- deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information that is grossly offensive and menacing in nature.
- contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
- threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation.
- Spreads false and inaccurate information.
- violates or attempts to violate the integrity or security of the Program or Stoa Community.
- may interfere with the proper operation of any Stoa Community or its systems in any manner.
Further, all Fellows agree that they shall not make any remarks or post any content:
- that is disrespectful towards any other Fellow
- that reflects incorrect information or is meant to mislead any of the other Fellows
- contains swearing or offensive language
- that threatens to disrupt any meeting, discussion or activity or seeks to cause disturbance to other Fellows in a meeting, discussion, or activity
- is racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, or suggestive, abusive, or otherwise discriminatory or objectionable
- in any way threatens physically or mentally any other Fellow or personnel of Questo
- that is made with the intention of being derogatory to any other Fellows beliefs
- harass or bully any other Fellow
- publicly to mock, ridicule or criticize any other Fellow or personnel or Questo.
The rules detailed herein above are not exhaustive and are only meant to clarify the types of conduct that should not be engaged in. We encourage all Fellows to respect intellectual property, obtain consents before posting the works of others, please indicate if the items shared in the Stoa Community are not meant for reuse, post messages and documents only on the appropriate Stoa Community and to respect the rights of other Fellows.
These rules shall also apply to guests who are granted access to the Stoa Community, and You agree to comply with and respect the rules specified in these T&C.
Each Fellow shall only be allowed to make one profile for interacting on the Stoa Community. If the Fellow is unable to access the Stoa Community using their regular profile, they may get in touch with Questo to activate an alternate profile. However, all Fellows shall only be allowed to use one profile at a time.
3. Violation of T&Cs and Cohort Rules
Violation of the cohort rules may, in addition to breach of the terms of this T&C, result in breach of the law or the community guidelines of the Stoa Community. Every violation of the T&C shall be investigated by Questo, and Questo reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action against any Fellow who has violated any provision of the laws in force through their actions on a Stoa Community.
Questo engages a team of moderators who have been entrusted with the ability to intervene when these cohort rules have been breached. However, as the discussions on the Stoa Community are dynamic and may involve a large number of posts or interactions between the Fellows through group calls, it will not be possible for our moderators to be everywhere. Therefore, we encourage each and every Fellow to be mindful of the T&Cs and the cohort rules and to act in a respectful and friendly manner with the other Fellows.
Questo retains the right to remove any infringing or offensive posts on any Stoa Community.
While we have no control over the actions of the Fellows outside of the Stoa Community, any complaints by Fellows regarding any other Fellow’s behaviour outside of a Stoa Community, which has any effect on the Stoa Community, or breaches any aspects of the T&Cs or any law that is in force shall be investigated and action may be taken by Questo.
In case of any infractions or complaints received by Questo, we will initiate an investigation into the matter. Questo will ensure that even the Fellow accused of the breach will be allowed to present their side of the issue, and only after thorough investigation will any action be taken. When deciding the appropriate action to take, we consider the severity of the incident, additional information gathered during investigation, and any additional context we may have. Usually, the first violation will result in a notification, the second in a warning, and the third in your removal from the Stoa Communities, but we reserve the right to take immediate action in egregious cases. However, You agree and understand that Questo may take all necessary actions to address violation of the cohort rules of these T&Cs including expulsion and removal from Stoa Community.
Questo prohibits retaliation against any person because of that person's good-faith participation in the reporting, investigation, or resolution of any alleged violation of the T&Cs or applicable laws. Retaliation can be physical, verbal, via third party, or using electronic means (in public or private forums), and may include, but is not limited to: harassment, intimidation, threats, or adverse actions against Fellow or personnel of Questo. Any Fellow found to be engaging in retaliatory conduct may be immediately removed from the Program and expelled from the Stoa Community.
Questo reserves the right to take action in case of false complaints raised by Fellows. Where after investigation, Questo is of the opinion that the complaint in question was false or raised with malicious intent, Questo may take action against the Fellows making such malicious or false complaints.
Each Fellow shall also have the right to block other Fellows or guests in case of any unwanted communication and raise a grievance with Questo.
4. Stoa Community
As part of the Program, You will also be part of various Stoa Community activities which are hosted on third party platforms, applications, tools, and websites (“Third-Party Platforms”). Each Third-Party Platform will have their own sets of terms and conditions that the Fellows should be mindful of. In addition, Fellows are asked to follow the general etiquette detailed herein below:
General Etiquette for Third Party Platforms
- Please only use proper and identifiable usernames on the Third-Party Platforms. You are required to ensure that Your username does not contain any objectionable content or words.
- We request You to discuss only relevant matters during the course of the Program. You are requested to keep all discourse civil and in compliance of the T&Cs.
- Information posted on a Third-Party Platform may be available for others to see. Therefore, we request You not to make any comments on specific entities, products or persons that could be deemed to be disparaging or defamatory.
- Where the Third-Party Platform allows for meetings or calls on video, please ensure that You are visible at all times.
- Where the Third-Party Platform allows calls and discussions with or without video, please ensure that You keep all background noises to a minimum.
- You should be mindful of their peers and should not attempt to talk over or disrupt others and are encouraged to await Your turn to speak or use a non-disruptive feature, if any, available on the Third-Party Platform to indicate that they wish to speak
- You should always be on time and should respect the time of their peers.
- Each Fellow is solely responsible for the security and secrecy of any passwords or other account information in relation to any Stoa Community on Third Party Platforms
- You are also required to ensure access to proper internet connection, the updated version of the Third-Party Platform, a functional webcam and mike to participate in the Program or any discussions held on such Third-Party Platform.
- You shall ensure they access the Program from a proper and comfortable place free from any hazards, dangers, or risks to set up for, and participate in, the Program.
The general etiquette mentioned in this section are only for the purpose of guidance and does not take into account each and every situation. Additional rules for conduct pertaining to each Stoa Community may be notified by the moderators from time to time. Questo reserves the right to communicate any specific terms to Fellows in relation to specific Third-Party Platforms as and when required.
Questo does not warrant or endorse and does not assume and will not have any liability or responsibility to any Fellow for any service provided by Third Party Platforms. Further Questo reserves the right to use any Third-Party Platforms as it may deem fit for the purpose of provision of the Program.
Questo offers the MBA Bootcamp Program, a 24-week course, with access to the Stoa Community.
During the admission process & onboarding process, we have collected the following details:

- Details on how You came across the MBA Bootcamp Program

- Annual Salary
- Current Designation
The Program will include the following:
- Learning sessions & relevant learning materials
- Access to the extended Stoa network
- Access to Stoa Community
- Career Support
- One-on-One sessions
As part of the Program, Questo will offer its support to help you in a career transition. Questo may share specific guidelines around placements processes to assist you or help connect you to potential employers. If a Fellow does not adhere to guidelines including resume format, attending mentoring sessions, becoming job ready through mentorship and mock interviews, not replying to recruiters, or not attending scheduled interviews, Questo reserves the right to deny such career transition assistance at its sole discretion. Questo does not make any guarantees of employment, placement, or any transition as a result of the assistance provided by Questo.
On successful completion of the Program, You shall be awarded with a certificate of completion from Questo. You shall further continue to retain access to the Stoa community subject to your compliance with these T&Cs.
If You are posting any form of content on the Stoa Community (“Fellow Content”), You must verify the truthfulness and authenticity of the particulars of the Fellow Content, including the time, place, and nature of such content. We have the right and authority to verify the accuracy of such particulars related to the Fellow Content with the respective sources provided by the Fellow posting such Fellow Content, if we feel that there is a need to check such accuracy. We have the right to upload content on behalf of third parties, subsequent to collecting such information and verifying it, if we deem it necessary. Notwithstanding this, we can in no way be held liable for any false or misleading information.
In case any Fellow Content is considered to be unlawful or against the law within any jurisdiction in which the Stoa Community can be seen and accessed, it shall be removed forthwith by us on being intimated by the authorities of the respective jurisdiction that such content is deemed unlawful. We cannot be held liable or questioned for the same.
We reserve the right to maintain, delete or destroy all communications and materials posted or uploaded on any Stoa Community according to its internal record retention and/or destruction policies. You might be contacted via the contact details provided by You to review the information provided by You. Please make sure Your contact information is updated at all times.
We shall not be responsible in any manner for the authenticity of the personal information or sensitive personal data, or information supplied by the You.
If You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete), or We have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we shall have the right to suspend Your access to the Stoa Community at our sole discretion.
Any information or content publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Stoa Community is the sole responsibility of the Fellow from whom such content originated, and You access all such information and content at Your own risk, and we are not liable for any errors or omissions in that information or content or for any damages or loss You might suffer in connection with it. We cannot control and have no duty to take any action regarding how You may interpret and use the content or what actions You may take as a result of having been exposed to the content posted by other Fellows, and You hereby release us from all liability for You having acquired or not acquired content through the Stoa Community.
You are responsible for all content You contribute, in any manner, to the Stoa Community, and You represent and warrant that You have all rights necessary to do so, in the manner in which You contribute it.
Any recording of any activity on a Stoa Community is to be used only for the personal academic use of the Fellow, where personal academic use is restricted to the personal study use of the individual. Questo prohibits sharing, distributing, or publishing classroom recordings in any manner without its prior written consent or the prior consent of other Fellows who are part of the recording. We reserve the right to take appropriate action against Fellows who break the terms of this policy.
You agree that any content provided by Questo as a part of the Program, is the intellectual property of Questo or any third-party service provider from whom Questo has obtained the right to use of such content (“Questo Content”). You agree that You shall not alter or remove any of the content which may include text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, design, and the collection, arrangement and assembly of content provided by Questo or a third-party service provider without our express permission to do so and that you do not change or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
7. Monitoring of the Platform and User Accounts
Questo always has the right and liberty to monitor the content of the Stoa Community or any part thereof which shall include information or content provided by You. The monitoring of the Stoa Community is important to determine the veracity of the information and content provided by You and to ensure that every Fellow remains compliant with the T&Cs provided herein. Subject to the T&Cs mentioned herein, Questo shall also have the liberty to remove any objectionable content which is in contravention of the T&Cs or any applicable laws in force in India or share such information with any governmental authority as per procedures laid down by the law for the time being in force.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither Questo nor its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, or any related party shall have any liability to You or to any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or relating to these Terms & Conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, You waive, release, discharge and hold harmless Questo, its affiliated and subsidiary companies, and each of their directors, officers, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, expenses and causes of action arising out of Your access to the Stoa Community or arising from the action of any other Fellow on the Stoa Community.
We do not guarantee any of the Third-Party Platforms will be secure or free from bugs or viruses and accept no liability for loss or damage in respect of the same.
Your use of the Program and all information and other content on the Stoa Community (including that of third parties) is accessed at your sole risk. The Program is provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. Questo does not provide any warranty as to the fitness of the Program for any specific requirement of the Fellow.
Questo is not affiliated to any university or educational institution and does not guarantee that the Programs offered by Questo will be recognized by any governmental or private entity. Questo does not guarantee any employment, placements, promotions, or any other benefits as a result of enrolment or participation in the Program.
The purpose of the Stoa Community is to foster discussion of topics relating to business and related aspects. The information shared on the Stoa community are for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice
The aggregate liability of Questo in case of any claim made by You shall be restricted to the fees paid by you to Questo.
You agree to indemnify, save, and hold Questo, its affiliates, contractors, employees, officers, directors, agents and its third party associates, licensors, and partners harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and liabilities, costs and expenses, including without limitation legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to Your use or misuse of Stoa community, any violation by You of these T&Cs or terms and conditions of any Third Party Platform, or any breach of the representations, warranties, and covenants made by You herein or Your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity, or as a result of any threatening, libellous, obscene, harassing or offensive material posted/ transmitted by You on the Stoa community. Questo reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Questo, including rights to settle, and You agree to cooperate with Questo’s defence and settlement of these claims. THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THIS TERMS & CONDITIONS.
11. Applicable Laws
Your access to the Programs and T&Cs is subject to the laws of India. In case of any disputes arising out of the access to the Program or any part thereof, Courts of Nashik, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Third party rights.
Nothing in these T&Cs is intended to nor shall it confer a benefit on any third party who is not a party to these T&Cs and such third party has no rights to enforce them.
No delay or decision not to enforce rights under these T&Cs will constitute a waiver of the right to do so and will not affect rights in relation to any subsequent breach.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
All the intellectual property used on the Stoa Community except those which have been identified as the intellectual properties of a Fellow or part of the Third-Party Platform shall remain the exclusive property of Questo. You agree not to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security related features of the Third-Party Platform or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any materials or enforce limitations on use of the Third-Party Platform or the materials therein. Any materials provided by Questo not be modified, copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, sold, compiled, posted, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or other means.
You may terminate this agreement by leaving all Stoa Communities or quitting the Program. Questo reserves the right to terminate your access to a Program or Stoa community at its sole discretion if you are found to be in breach of these T&Cs, the terms and conditions of any Third-Party Platforms, or any applicable laws.
Termination by Questo shall not entitle you to refund of fees paid to Questo, and Questo at its sole discretion may determine whether any refund is to be provided to You in case of termination. Questo shall determine on a case-to-case basis, whether any Fellow who terminates this agreement and quits the Program is eligible for a refund. Questo retains the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the Fellow is eligible for a refund and the decision of Questo in this regard shall be final and binding on the Fellow.
Even after termination Indemnity, Intellectual Property, Applicable Laws, and any other clause that naturally survives the termination of this T&Cs shall survive.
If any provision of these T&Cs is deemed invalid, unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these T&Cs and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
Questo believes in ensuring that all the Fellows on the Stoa Community are able to access and utilize the tools or platforms and the Program to their satisfaction. Therefore, we believe in addressing any grievances or concerns that the Fellows have with regard to their experience on the Stoa community. Any grievance that a Fellow has can be addressed to email@example.com
You shall also receive a numerical ID for tracking your grievances raised with Questo. We assure you that Questo will make all reasonable endeavours to address the grievance made by You at the latest within 15 days from the date of receipt of the grievance.
A grievance will be treated as closed if You communicate Your acceptance of the response received from Questo or where You fail to respond to the response received from Questo within 15 days.
If You are not satisfied with the response received from Questo, You can escalate the matter to the Grievance Officer appointed by us. The Grievance Officer will respond with an acknowledgement 24 hours of receipt of your email. The details of the Grievance Officer are as follows:
